Join me for an enchanting and unforgettable photography experience as I capture those beautiful moments of your pet that you will cherish forever! We’ll spend an hour or two at a location of your choice (or I’ll suggest one for you) and produce numerous beautiful works of art that you can then choose to turn into tangible art displays!
We’ll set up a few minutes to go over your vision, talk about your pet’s personality, and answer any questions and plan the details and location of your session. Once the session has been scheduled, you’ll receive a welcome packet full of great information to help you prepare for your photo shoot.
Choose a session package that works best for you. My sessions are designed with what I’ve found to be the most popular options, however they are fully customizable. I will work with you to design a session that will bring out your pet’s personality, resulting in beautiful, modern artwork and products for you to treasure. Once you've chosen a session, we'll work together to select a date for your photo shoot. Then you'll sign and return the client agreement & submit a session retainer to secure your date.
By this time I will have already scouted your location and/or arrived early to prepare. All you need to do is review your checklist of reminders of things to prepare for (special diet treats, proper shoes/clothing, toys, etc.), and just show up and let the fun begin!
After our shoot, I'll select the best images and do a light retouching on those. Within a week or two, I’ll reach out to let you know your proofs are ready for viewing. We'll meet at my home/studio or I'll come to you where you'll preview your images and make your final selections while being able to touch/feel/see the products you may want them printed onto. Then I’ll get to work in creating your fully-retouched images (leash removal, background distractions, etc.) and product orders, which you can expect to arrive within two weeks of placing your order with my professional photo lab.
2019 Pet Portrait Sessions
I'm proud to offer zero-gimmick photo sessions that include PRINTS AND DIGITALS combined ... or simply digitals, if you prefer! I've specifically curated my photo sessions TO INCLUDE tangible (printed) artwork you'll be proud to display ... and the digitals to share and print on your own!
With straightforward session pricing and no mandatory/minimums, tactics or surprises, what you see and select here is what you get! Our Adventure and Signature sessions include a complimentary print or prints of your favorite image(s) and digitals with the OPTION to purchase more if you'd like! No high-pressure sales or surprises at your ordering session! Get what you want now or add on later if you choose to!
If you're strictly looking for only digital images and wish to forego your complimentary prints, simply book either session and apply the print credit towards an a la carte digital package - (3 digitals for $195; 5 for $275), if you'd like more than the ones already included with your session. If you wish to order extra products (wall art, albums, acrylics, etc.) in addition to what's included in your session, please note that we do accept installment payments through PayPal Payments. Final products will be ordered and delivered upon the final installment payment.
Adventure Session

Your pet is adventurous and goes everywhere with you, and you want those moments captured! Adventure Sessions offer the ultimate custom experience -- from chasing tennis balls at the beach or park to car rides to visits to pet-friendly establishments -- you name it -- your pet's favorite adventures in life will be memorialized in beautiful images! You'll choose up to two locations. We'll start at your favorite walking trail or a romp at the park or beach, then we'll head to a second location of your choosing -- maybe a visit to your local pet supply store for his/her favorite treat (or self-wash?), a favorite landmark, or back to your home for shots with your pet's favorite toys or somewhere for a sunset shot! Maybe their favorite thing is to go for a ride in the car with their head out the window, stop at the mall or Home Depot to help with your errands, then cruise through Starbucks for a Puppaccino. We can even make one of your selections a stop at the studio for some studio shots! Adventure Sessions are fully customizable, offer the greatest variety of images as well as an additional 20% discount on all prints/products, making this our best valued and most popular session!

Signature Session

The Signature Session is a custom experience on a slightly smaller scale than our Adventure Session -- with half the number of images and shooting time -- meant to be all about relaxing and having fun, capturing your pet(s) in their element at a location of your choosing. If you're unsure of how your pet will react out on location (timid, elderly, differently-abled or tires easily), or if this is your first professional pet photography experience, this may be the best session to start with. Choose one location (or I can help you choose a location) -- the beach, the trail, the park, a favorite landmark. We'll spend a few moments allowing them to become familiar with their surroundings and my camera/gear, and then we'll let the rest of the fun begin! Imagine it being just like your daily walk or play session, only my camera will be out and I'll be gently guiding the process along the way! We'll try some shots to see what looks best, we'll take breaks, laugh a lot, and you may even get to hear me make funny sounds while rolling around on the ground while tossing yummy treats in the air!

Mini Session
$95
Designed to be short and sweet at only 15-20 minutes for each pet at one location, we schedule our mini sessions at predetermined dates and locations, and they are limited to only 4 times a year, usually combined as a fundraiser for local area animal nonprofit groups.
Want to set up your own mini session? Sign up at least three friends or family members to do a customized mini shoot just for your group! Mini sessions can also be scheduled for one of my Road Trip pop-ups!
- One location determined by the photographer or preplanned with the client. (Example: Christmas tree farm, painted art mural, sunset only, studio shot.)
- 1-2 pets only, 15-20 minutes.
- 2 professionally retouched digital images in downloadable WEB and DESK sizes.
- Mini sessions are hosted as fundraiser for nonprofit animal rescues. A portion of the proceeds are donated to a selected rescue organization.
Mileage is charged at .50/mile for travel outside of 40 miles of 92106 ZIP code.
We encourage humans to join in on some of the photos, with a maximum of 2 pets/2 people ($50 for each additional additional pet/person).
